The hooded sleeper reaps severe forests

Dry deserts, storming tall dunes

Hellish soul flashed thunderous guns

Dirty chalkboard covered in smutty jokes

Broken glass shatters, helplessly. Pumpkins.

Bloated seaweed stabs ephemeral starfish

  1. Yay! Glad to see that you are on the blog. Thank you for posting this. I like it. Although it was meant to be dark, it does capture that morbid beauty of death destruction, and sense of wonder about death.

    2. Well, I can't take all of the credit myself, as it was a group poem. Nonetheless, I am glad you enjoyed it. :)
